Islanders Beach Park



Islanders Beach Park 'belongs" to...Islanders. You can become one when you move to Hilton Head permanently.

Where is it?

From William Hilton Parkway (278), going towards the South End of the Island, make a left to Folly Field Road. At the fork keep to the left following Folly Field Road. The park is located on the right.

We visit there a lot although during winter months I prefer to go to Folly Field Beach Park (less step climbing for our Chihuahuas).

The park has an abundance of parking (nice feature), picnic pavilion with grill and tables, playground and plenty of space to run around for kids.

Beach matting for the wheelchairs is in place.

Restrooms and outdoor showers. Also seasonal Life Guard on duty.

It is really nice to have a place like that when you live on the Island permanently.
